Are you searching for presentation-skills workshops that leave your team feeling energised and ready to take action?

“Grace delivered an interesting, engaging and fun workshop. I came away with much more confidence in my presenting skills and am looking forward to an opportunity to try the practical takeaways.”

Ramon Selvakumaran, Finance Administrator, Action Tutoring

I combine creativity with practical tools to deliver workshops that are memorable and the learning is sticky.

Did you know on average a person delivers
55 presentations a year?
That’s more than one presentation every single week.

What difference are those 55 presentations making for your organisation?

Perhaps you have the content but some of your most senior members of the team still struggle to deliver it in the right way.

You’ve tried organising training before but nothing in your team has changed.

You know the people you work with have brilliant ideas. If only they would share them in a way that makes sense. It’s so frustrating.

People forget approximately 50% of new information within an hour of learning it, and 70% within 24 hours.

For training to make a difference it HAS to be memorable and practical.

Are you ready for your team to feel energised, motivated and armed with the tools they need to deliver presentations that stand out straight away?

What would happen if these situations were a thing of the past:

  • No more people on their phones in the back of the training room, zoning out to catch up on emails.
  • Awkward silence in meetings. You ask someone to share their learnings in your weekly team meeting and they’ll report back!
  • Goodbye to the average score in your employee survey of how confident people feel being stuck at a 6 out of 10 for months.

Think of a future where your team:

  • Have the confidence to speak up in meetings and share their brilliant ideas
  • Deliver engaging pitches that help hit your organisations’ sales targets
  • Clearly explain their ideas so that clients easily understand what they are saying
  • Get positive feedback from the leadership team about how confident they are in team meetings
  • Share progress reports in a way that gets immediate buy-in and useful feedback from the rest of the organisation

Let’s put a pin in the doubts that are holding you back from investing in the right training.

Big doubt 1. Creativity is all very well, but what’s the point?

Using creativity in a workshop is not a waste of time.

I’ve been delivering training for over 10 years. I’ve learned that people, even ones with ‘serious’ jobs, love doing something that feels different to their day job while they’re at…well, their day job.

Creativity isn’t just about giving people what they want. It embeds learning in people’s minds for a lot longer than sitting through yet another Powerpoint deck.

That means higher levels of recall and quicker, better changes in how people act in their roles.

Big doubt 2. Members of my team are too cynical to join in.

Using the ‘F word’ (FUN!) at work is a big no-no.

The more you tell someone they’re going to have FUN, the less likely it becomes. Trust me, I’ve been met with enough eye rolls when I’ve said, ‘now it’s time for a game!’ to know.

But the truth is, when Kay from accounts stands in the middle of a room pretending to be as confident as Beyonce on stage at Wembley, even they can’t help cracking a smile.

Big doubt 3. We don’t have time for more training.

Everyone knows that while it’s hard to find the time, if you want to get the best from your team you have to invest in their development.

You don’t have time for training that takes people away from their desks, then they return to urgent client emails and no time to figure out how they’re going to put a complicated strategy they’ve been taught into practice.

It’s what happens in the training room that makes the difference. Quality, not quantity. When training is practical, engaging and creative it’s much easier for people to put what they’ve learned into action straight away. So you don’t need to find days and days worth of time in diaries.

What if those doubts became possibilities?

How does this sound instead:

  • You get feedback from clients about how they loved the ideas an executive presented that morning and can’t wait to hear more
  • The CEO requests a member of your team supports with presenting the latest on how the company is performing
  • You run out of time to take everyone’s suggestions when you ask for ideas on how to improve the new strategy in your next team meeting
  • Your inbox is full of emails from line managers saying how impressed they are in the confidence of their new recruits
  • The average score for confidence at work shoots up to 8+  out of 10 on your employee survey, and stays there
  • There’s a real buzz in the office when you’re team can’t wait to show off what they’ve learned to their colleagues

Hi, I’m Grace Fogarty

As a Presentation-Skills Facilitator with a background in theatre and performance, I am here to teach people how to use creativity to be more confident.

I’ve been helping people to present themselves more effectively at work for more than 10 years, delivering workshops internationally for corporates and charities.

In 2023 I decided to set up my own learning and development business to do more of what I love; using creative techniques to help people present their most confident selves.

When I step into a training room, I don’t focus on what my slides are going to look like.

I think about what kind of experience people need to feel more confident in themselves.

What practical tools they need to be able to easily use everyday.

And how I can use creativity to help them get there.

Grace’s facilitation style made me feel completely at ease from the beginning. The detail in the workshop made it genuinely useful and memorable without being overwhelming.

People walk away from my workshops feeling energised, uplifted and motivated. They are excited to use what they’ve learned straight away.

That feeling is what makes my workshops make a real difference outside of the training room.

I am going to work with your team so that they are able to stand up and present their ideas in a way that is easy to understand and engages their audience.

I have built my own confidence and presentation skills by using creativity and practical tools. And I’ve helped 100s of other people do the same.

So, do you want training that will make a tangible difference to the atmosphere in the office and how people perform in meetings?

If you’re nodding and saying yes then I am for you!

I design bespoke workshops that take your team from struggling to speak up to smashing sales meetings.

I go through my four-stage process with you to design workshops that are tailored to what your team needs to change.

  • Deep-dive – I take time to understand the challenges faced in your team, why they exist and the outcomes a workshop programme needs to deliver to overcome them.
  • Creative Design – I pull together theories, frameworks and activities from creative sources of inspiration including theatre and performance to design bespoke training that will deliver the outcomes your team needs.
  • Workshop Delivery – I create a supportive, engaging environment to deliver workshops that leave people feeling energised and ready to put their learnings into action.
  • Embed Learning – Up to 70% of information is forgotten 3 days after we learn it. I design follow-up activities tailored to meet the needs of your team to ensure they recall and implement what they learn long after the training has happened.
